Technical support clerk
This challenge is waiting for you:
- Your area of responsibility includes preparing quotations for service specifications
- You will be responsible for master data maintenance in the ERP system Navision
- You deal with the creation of complaints as well as calculations and the creation of special articles
- Customer communication by telephone and e-mail
- Technical support such as customer advice and taking over webshop support
Our requirements:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as an industrial clerk or electrical engineer with a commercial background
- You are a strong communicator, customer-oriented and enjoy working in a team
- Technical understanding of electrical installation or building automation components
- Experienced with MS Office and ideally experience with the ERP system MS Navision
- Fluent written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are advantageous

- Knowledge of common norms and requirements in the roof room (e.g. ÖNORM, EN, ISO)
- Communication strength, initiative and joy in customer contact
- Reinforcement within Austria (driver's license B required)
- Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, knowledge of English is an advantage
