Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) –
Sales Territory: Bavaria and neighboring areas (ZIP codes 8/9)
As a Field Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will assume strategic and operational responsibility for your sales territory within Germany.
You will work to further develop existing customer relationships in a targeted manner and systematically tap into new market potential in our core industries of building automation and industry.
You will serve as a knowledgeable liaison between customers, the technical team, and internal departments, and play a key role in positioning S+S Regeltechnik as a premium provider in the German market.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent management and strategic development of a defined sales territory in Germany (Bavaria and adjacent ZIP codes 8/9)
- Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships (including designers, system integrators, OEMs, and wholesalers)
- Identification and development of new market opportunities in the fields of building automation, HVAC, and industry
- Technical consulting, as well as the delivery of sophisticated product presentations and customized solutions
- Conducting negotiations at the decision-maker level and concluding framework and project agreements
- Close collaboration with product management, development, and marketing to further develop our portfolio
- Representing the company to clients on-site as well as at national trade shows and industry events
- Systematic market and competitive analysis to develop sales strategies
- Active Use and Further Development of CRM and Sales Metrics
Your Profile
- A successfully completed degree or comparable training in a business or technical field
- Several years of experience in technical sales—ideally in building automation, sensor technology, HVAC, or industrial automation
- A strong technical understanding and the ability to convincingly position products that require explanation
- Proven success in establishing and expanding customer relationships, as well as in project and solution-based business
- Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor at all levels of the organization
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills

Here's the challenge waiting for you:
- Technical and operational responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in an industrial setting
- Project or subproject management for the optimization and further development of manufacturing processes
- Analysis, mapping, and improvement of: production processes, master data, bills of materials and work instructions, production orders, production planning and control, materials management/logistics, key performance indicators
- Close collaboration with functional departments (Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Controlling, IT)
- Translating Technical Requirements into ERP Process Solutions
- Coordination of external partners/service providers (if applicable)
- Support for key users, conducting workshops and training sessions
- Ensuring that quality, time, and budget goals are met in the project
Our Requirements – What You Bring to the Table:
- Several years of in-depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (prior experience with NAV is a plus)
- Excellent understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, such as: mass production, made-to-order production, or variant production; production planning; purchasing and scheduling; and warehouse and material flows
- Experience in ERP project work (implementation, optimization, rollout)
- A structured, analytical, and independent approach to work
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent German and good English skills
Nice to have:
- Experience as Project Manager / Subproject Manager
- AI knowledge or expertise in interfaces
- Experience in an international setting

In-House Export Order Processor (m/f/d)
Your Role with Us
- You will independently manage our existing and new international clients and actively work to expand our client base—active communication is part of your daily routine
- You will prepare quotes and handle the entire order processing
- You are responsible for customs and export documents
- You'll keep track of shipping and delivery operations and ensure that all country-specific regulations are followed
- You will prepare order confirmations, delivery slips, invoices, shipping and export documents, supplier declarations, certificates of origin, and proofs of preferential treatment (e.g., EUR.1)
- You will work closely and in a spirit of trust with the manufacturing, purchasing, and accounting departments, as well as with management
What You'll Bring to the Table
- A completed business apprenticeship, e.g., as a freight forwarding clerk, or a comparable qualification, along with an interest in international sales
- In-depth knowledge of export and customs procedures, as well as the ability to work independently and meticulously
- Enjoyment of customer interaction, teamwork, and organization
- Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with the ERP systemBusiness Central
- Excellent written and spoken English skills—knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
