Pressure transducer for differential pressure and volume flow PREMASGARD 6128-ECATP

Networkable pressure transmitter PREMASGARD® 612x - EtherCAT P (series) PREMASGARD® 612x - ECATP with M8 plug connector (EtherCATP-coded), Bluetooth-capable, in impact-resistant plastic housing with quick-locking screws, optionally with/without display and bar graph, connection piece for pressure hose (Ø 6 mm), incl. connection set ASD-06 (2 m connection hose, two pressure connection nipples, screws).

The surface-mounted sensor is used to measure positive, negative or differential pressures in clean air and gaseous media as well as for volume flow calculation via K-factor with function selection. The piezoresistive measuring element is temperature-compensated and guarantees high reliability and accuracy. The sensor is calibrated at the factory.

It is used in clean room, medical and filter technology, in ventilation and air conditioning ducts, in spray booths and commercial kitchens, for filter monitoring and level measurement or for controlling frequency converters. The WS 03 weather and sun protection (accessory) must be used in direct sunlight.

EtherCAT P-capable pressure transmitter for industrial requirements with maximum reliability: simple integration into the PLC level via the ESI configuration file of the device, diagnostic options (such as communication error counter), extended setting options, retrievable historical data (min/max) and maintenance interval determination of the sensor. Optionally with large illuminated display (three lines, individually programmable in the 7-segment and dot-matrix area) and bargraph (seven digits, LEDs freely configurable) for graphical representation, e.g. as a traffic light display.
