The room controller devices of the Rymaskon® 1000 series are designed for controlling residential, hotel, and office rooms and individually regulate the heating, cooling, and ventilation stages of the interior space. The product family is characterized by an elegant design, intuitive operation, and the diverse combination options of the individual components.

The Rymaskon® 1000 room controller devices are used to control and regulate heating fan coil units and cooling fan coil units (fancoil). Depending on the model variant, the devices are available with analog outputs (0 -10 V) as well as with digital / relay outputs for controlling heating valves, cooling valves, 6-way valves, stepped fans, or EC fans. Control is performed via PI, PWM, or 2-/3-point control. With the changeover function, 2- and 4-pipe systems can be operated. Communication is available either wired via Modbus (RTU) / BACnet (MS/TP) or wirelessly via W-Modbus / W-BACnet (Wireless).

In addition to the integrated temperature and humidity sensor, sensors for CO2 and VOC are optionally available. Furthermore, an input for a passive temperature sensor (NTC10K) and an input for a potential-free contact are provided. This enables, for example, a window contact or a condensation guard to be connected. This ensures all options are available to flexibly and individually condition the rooms.

In addition, the functions of solar shading (roller shutters, blinds) or lighting (with dimming function) can be controlled via the bus. The optical display is provided by a 2" TFT display, while operation is via capacitive buttons (touchkeys). All device types are available in the timeless housing Iduna 3 (112 x 89.5 x 24 mm) in the colors white or black. Wall mounting is done on standard flush-mounting boxes.
