Room operating unit (interface) Rymaskon® RYM 1302-THV-OTBBS-M-FM-B

The room control units of the Rymaskon® 1000 series are designed for controlling residential, hotel, and office rooms, and individually regulate the indoor heating, cooling, and fan stages. The product family is characterized by an elegant design, intuitive operation, and a wide range of combination options for the individual components.

The Rymaskon® 1000 room control unit interfaces are used to control temperature, fans, solar protection (roller shutters, blinds), or lighting (with dimming function). The room control units provide setpoints either via conventionally wired Modbus or via the wireless, radio-based W-Modbus of the BMS (building management system). The optical display is provided by a 2" TFT display; operation is via capacitive keys (touchkeys). Communication is provided either wired via Modbus (RTU) / BACnet (MS/TP) or wirelessly via W-Modbus (RTU) / W-BACnet (MS/TP).
In addition to the integrated temperature and humidity sensor, optional sensors for CO2 and VOC are available. Furthermore, an input for a passive temperature sensor (NTC10K) and an input for a potential-free contact are provided. This allows, for example, a window contact or a condensation monitor to be connected. This ensures that all options are available to flexibly and individually climate-control the rooms.
All device types are available in the timeless housing Iduna 3 (112 x 89.5 x 24 mm) in the colors white or black. Wall mounting is possible on standard flush-mounting back boxes or surface-mounted boxes.
