The condensation monitor HYGRASREG® KW with terminal box housing made of impact-resistant plastic and housing cover with quick-locking screws or the cost-effective HYGRASREG® KW - SD with snap-on cover is installed on cooling ceilings, cooling/cold water pipes or on cooled surfaces and is designed to prevent condensation.

It reliably detects condensation with its humidity and temperature sensor (no conductivity measurement) and, thanks to its patented measuring method, the prodynamic cross convectionprovides an exact measurement result (with LED status display).

The dew point temperature is the temperature at which the air reaches saturation and water begins to condense. The device can be operated as a monitor on cooling ceilings or pipes so that the switching output is activated when condensation forms on the cooling ceilings or the object to be monitored in order to switch on the heating or other actuators, for example.
