Dew point monitor HYGRASREG® TW-W LCD

The dew point monitor HYGRASREG® TW is installed on cooling/cold water pipes or on cool surfaces. It reliably detects condensation with its humidity and temperature sensor (no conductivity measurement) and, thanks to its patented measuring method, the prodynamic cross convection (Patent no. DE 10 2012 015 726.6), an exact measurement result, optionally with/without display.

The dew point is the temperature at which the air reaches saturation and water begins to condense. Thanks to the continuous measuring range of 0...100 % r.H. for the TW-U and the adjustable limit value of 75...100 % for the TW-W, chilled ceilings, for example, can be operated in such a way that the switching output (DDC) of the dew point monitor is activated before condensation forms on the pipes or chilled ceilings or the object to be monitored, in order to switch on the heating or other actuators, for example, and thus prevent condensation.
