Maintenance-free duct sensor AERASGARD® KFTM - LQ- CO2 - Modbus (max. expansion stage) or KCO2 ⁄ KLQ - CO2 ⁄ KFTM - CO2 - Modbus with Modbus connection, automatic calibration, in impact-resistant plastic housing with quick-release screws, plastic sintered filter (replaceable), incl. mounting flange, optionally with/without display, for determining the CO2 content of the air (0...5000 ppm), the air quality or air quality (0...100 % VOC), the temperature (-35...+80 °C) and the relative humidity (0...100 % RH). International system of units SI (default) is set to Imperial (via Modbus). The following parameters can be called up via Modbus: Temperature, relative humidity, air quality (VOC), carbon dioxide (CO2) and atmospheric air pressure. The sensor is used in offices, hotels, conference rooms, apartments, stores, etc. and is used to evaluate the indoor climate. This enables energy-saving, needs-based room ventilation and thus a reduction in operating costs and an increase in well-being. One sensor per 30 m² of room area is recommended.

One with long-term stability, digital humidity and temperature sensor guarantees exact measurement results. The CO2 measurement is carried out using an optical NDIR sensor (non-dispersive infrared technology). The detection range is calibrated for standard applications such as residential and conference room monitoring. The air quality is measured using VOC sensor (mixed gas sensor for volatile organic substances). This determines the contamination of the room air by polluted gases such as cigarette smoke, body vapors, breathing air, solvent vapors, emissions, etc. A low, medium or high VOC sensitivity can be set for the expected air contamination.

Innovative Modbus sensor with galvanically isolated RS485 Modbus interface, switchable bus terminating resistor, DIP switch for setting the bus parameters and bus address in de-energized state, internal LEDs for telegram status display, two separate push-in terminals and large three-line display (illuminated, individually programmable in the 7-segment range and dot-matrix range). The sensor is calibrated at the factory; fine adjustment by a specialist is possible depending on the environment.
