The THERMASGARD® ALTF 2 is a pipe contact resistance thermometer with passive output, in an impact-resistant plastic housing with quick-locking screws, incl. clamping strap.
The THERMASGARD® ALTF 02 is a low-cost tube contact resistance thermometer with passive output, in an impact-resistant plastic housing with snap-on lid, incl. clamping strap.
The contact sensors are electrical contact thermometers that are used to measure the surface temperature of solid bodies and have at least one so-called contact surface or contact area that is brought into contact with the surface to be measured. The sensor uses the surface temperature to determine the temperature of the medium flowing in the pipe (e.g. the water temperature). The pipe sensor is used to measure the temperature of lines, pipes (e.g. cold and hot water) or heating pipes for heating control.
